Damp & Mould Surveys
Our chargeable surveys investigate causes for damp & mould, and specify the remedial actions to eradicate and resolve issues. We deploy our air quality meters, take damp & humidity readings with imagery to support our findings. These are sufficiently detailed that HA's use as evidence in difficult cases.
Mould Treatments
We work closely with various suppliers of mould combating products from MGC, Crown Paints and Vent Axia to name a few. We kill the mould, seal the surface and then paint the walls utilising mould inhibiting paint systems.
Humidity Extractors
Build up of humidity from bathing, cooking and general living aids mould growth. We install VentAxia extraction for bathrooms and other relevant spaces. Where wall space permits we specify installing above hob kitchen hood extraction.
Thermal Liner
Insulation
When cold bridging is identified as the cause for mould, one of the quickest cost effective means for HA's to combat this in addition to a mould treatment is to apply a thermal insulating liner.
Drone Roof
Surveys
Using the latest DJI drone with aviation insurance and ID, our chargeable drone surveys are a cost effective, safe and fast reliable way for HA's and Landlords to inspect their roof's. With a report outlining findings and repairs, it pin points where to locate scaffolding if required for repairs.

We work with Housing Associations, Lettings Agents, Landlords, and other public bodies such as churches to provide a trustworthy and honest maintenance service. Providing planned void repairs, occupied disrepairs and reactive emergency repairs with existing clientele.
Kitchen
Replacements
Often mould finds its way into and behind kitchen units..
These in most cases tend to already be in quite some disrepair, so replacements are advised. We supply and install kitchens using quality products from Howdens Joinery.
Bathroom
Replacements
As with kitchens, baths will leak, silicone fails... the bathroom falls beyond repair.
We replace partial or full bathroom suites to suite the level of mould eradication and state of existing suite to ensure value for money is met along with high quality mould eradication.
